I Managed to Bring My Personal Debt Down To 3 Accounts

I managed to clear 2 of my 5 personal debt last month (March 2011) and the strategy was to clear the smallest debt first.

I always try to pay more on all of my debt monthly installments. As a result my personal debt come down quicker and I stay ahead with the payments.

It is now April 2011 and I only have 3 debt to clear:

• Personal loan
• Credit Card
• Clothing Account

So this month I am going to clear my clothing account with one payment. Because I paid my installments aggressively I owe very little on this account.

So my plan is to clear it and give more than what I supposed to on the personal loan and credit card.

As you can see that I systematically and aggressively focus on clearing my debt one by one from the smallest to the biggest. So far this strategy is working for me.

Why I choose not make another loan to clear all of my debt

If I make another loan then I keep the cycle going and there will be more interest and fees involved. I prefer not to make a debt consolidation loan to clear my debt.

Debt Free

So as you can see that I am determined and focussed to clear all of my debt one by one from the lowest to the biggest debt.

If I can do it then you can do it also. So it is definitely possible to clear your debt 100% and live a debt free lifestyle.
